We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and had a great stay. The rooms were large, they were clean and everything worked as it should. We called to make sure we could bring our dog and they accomodated us and the fee was very reasonable. The manager David was very helpful, he quickly addressed any asks that we had and suggested places to eat. It was nice and quiet at night, the location was great. We will definitely be staying here again we were treated well and we tried to be respectful back.
Great place to stay for the price. Rooms are very clean and the Management is unbelievably nice and awesome. Definitely recommend staying here when in Eureka Springs, Arkansas!!
My friends and I went booked this motel through a third party site. We were expecting a very poor quality hotel, given the prices, I’ve read other reviews and some people seemed to have had high expectations for an inn that they paid next to nothing for. This was the only hotel we could find anywhere near Fayetteville, we stayed for a pride parade, that would check in someone who is 18. One of my friends forgot their ID, the one who was 18, and they were extremely accommodating accepting my ID instead. They were extremely kind and understanding. The prices were great the hotel room was extremely clean and didn’t have that mildew smell most hotels in this price range have. The air worked very nicely, overall we got far more than what we paid for.
This is an old hotel that is very, very clean. I stripped the entire bed down upon arrival because I am paranoid about bed bugs. Everything was bug free. My husband and I slept well. The bathroom was very clean. The microwave did not work. There was some soap and shampoo. This is a hotel doing the best with what they have and the rooms are very clean which is more than I can say for some of the franchises we have stayed at. If cleanliness is important but aesthetics aren’t high on your list then you will save some money here and have a nice stay.
